Quota
- Counted: the first successful verify per account hash per site, across all your sites, per UTC month. Without an account, every successful verify counts.
- Free includes 1,000 new accounts per UTC month.
- Repeat logins, usage events and step-ups are not metered.
- At 100%: responses add
quotaExceeded: true. Nothing is blocked. - At 200%: HTTP 429
over-quota. The token is not consumed. - Failed verifies and test keys never count. Testing
