By using Nolgard, you agree to these terms. Use it only on sites you own or are authorised to protect.

Your account

Keep your passkeys, recovery code and site secrets safe. You're responsible for activity through your account and for configuring the site's origins, policies and integrations.

Acceptable use

Don't use Nolgard for unlawful surveillance, to attack other services or to collect information you have no right to process. Don't disrupt the service or bypass usage limits.

Decisions are yours

Verification results are estimates. False positives and false negatives can occur. Verify tokens on your backend and choose suitable step-up, shadow and recovery paths.

The demo creates no accounts. For shadow decisions, your app must skip the side effects. Nolgard can't undo an action your backend has already performed.

Plans and availability

The free plan includes 1,000 new accounts per UTC calendar month across all sites on your account, with no card and no time limit. At that allowance, verification adds a quota warning. At twice the allowance it returns HTTP 429 with over-quota. Choose whether your backend fails open or closed.

Pro and Business prices and allowances are planned only; they open when billing ships. Request access if you need more. No payments are taken. Enterprise volume above 100,000 new accounts a month, an SLA and a DPA are available by arrangement, not included today.

The service may change or be interrupted. We don't promise uninterrupted availability or perfect detection.

Data

You must provide legally required notices and obtain required consent. Nolgard processes browser, behavior and network context and stores no raw IP addresses. Events are deleted within an hour of reaching 30 days old. Account audit history is kept for 365 days. Data is stored in Cloudflare's EU jurisdiction (D1 and Durable Objects); the edge is global.

Ending use and responsibility

You may stop using Nolgard at any time. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is without warranties, and we aren't responsible for indirect losses. Mandatory consumer rights remain unchanged.
